4. Pricing & Payments

5. Shipping

Australian-wide shipping is available.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and shown at checkout before you finalise your order.
Free shipping applies when ordering two or more pairs of sunglasses in one purchase.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist in resolving issues where possible.

International shipping is currently unavailable, but may be introduced soon.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy, compliant with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), forms part of these Terms.

In summary:

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty or not-as-described products under ACL.
Change-of-mind returns are available within 30 days (exclusions apply).
Custom sunglasses are made to order and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

7. Custom Sunglasses

When submitting designs or artwork for custom sunglasses:

You confirm that you own the rights to the artwork, or have permission to use it.
You grant us a limited licence to use the artwork solely for producing your order.
We may refuse custom designs that include offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission.

Production for custom orders will not begin until you approve your digital mock-up.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the WRLDSEND website — including images, text, graphics, logos, designs, and product concepts — is the property of WRLDSEND and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any of our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

WRLDSEND is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website performance.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question, except where prohibited under Australian Consumer Law.
