How long will it take for my sunglasses to arrive?
Our custom sunglasses typically take 5–10 business days to produce, shipping and current order volume. You’ll receive regular updates as your order progresses.
Are my sunnies covered by returns or refunds?
Because custom sunglasses are made specifically for you, change-of-mind returns aren’t available. However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll repair, replace, or refund according to Australian Consumer Law.
Are the lenses UV protected?
Definitely — all sunglasses come with UV400 protection, blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays.
How do I care for my custom sunglasses?
Use the included microfiber cloth and store them in the protective case provided. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners to maintain print quality and lens coatings.
What happens if my sunglasses arrive damaged?
If anything arrives scratched, broken, or imperfect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll make it right — either through a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Will I see a preview before you make the sunglasses?
Yes. We provide a digital mock-up for approval before production. Nothing goes into manufacturing until you say it looks perfect.
